  • Frequency of Visits

At Bridges to Hope, you can visit us up to twice a month: once for a full food hamper (4 days of food), and once for an emergency top-up (24 hours of food).

All food banks in our region are connected through a central database managed by Newfoundland and Labrador’s provincial food banking association, Community Food Sharing Association.

  • Food Selection

We offer canned and shelf-stable food items, as well as fresh items including fruits and vegetables, eggs, bread, milk, and homemade meals.

We rely on donations to keep our shelves stocked, so all items are subject to availability.

We use client management software called Link2Feed. On your first visit to ur food bank, you will be asked a series of questions about yourself and your household. These questions are for statistical purposes only.

Your responses are optional; however, they help us understand your needs and how we can better serve you.
